Many physicists today postulate the existence of multiple universes, even when sober. We used to live in a world of infinite possibilities. Now we live in an infinite number of worlds. India shines. Democracy thrives. The economy booms. A hundred flyovers bloom. This is not that India. If you see your picture here one day, don’t worry. That’s not you.

KNOW YOUR LAWS : Indian Penal Code (1860), Section 354, ‘Outraging a woman’s modesty’

This law gives wide latitude to sex criminals, and a maximum sentence of two years. The word ‘modesty’ is key. Unlike an arm or a leg, modesty is difficult to define. Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code never explains exactly what modesty is, but acknowledges that outraging it is a crime. Victims must ask themselves two crucial questions before approaching local law-enforcement officers :

a) Am I a loose woman or not?

Loose women are not modest, and hence not covered by this law. Since modesty is not defined, this judgement is usually left to constables. Smoking and drinking are sure signs of looseness. Such behaviour could also lead to you being beaten with hockey sticks, as part of the Mumbai Police ‘War Against AIDS’. Be careful. They’re already upset because it’s not going well.

b) Did he actually put it in?

In the 1860s, British people didn’t get to talk about sex much. Queen Victoria didn’t like it. Hence the men who wrote the Indian Penal Code spent a lot of time defining penetration. Under this act, only penetration with an actual penis is defined as rape. Anything else, such as an artificial, synthetic or prosthetic penis, comes under ‘outraging of modesty’. It may attract imprisonment up to two years, depending on whether the woman is modest. [See a) Am I a loose woman or not?]

To summarise :

1) If you’re not modest, and he doesn’t put it in, he has a cup of tea with the sub-inspector and goes home.

2) If you’re modest, and he doesn’t put it in, he goes to jail for two years.

3) Whether you live in India, or you’re just visiting, do not date a man with an artificial penis.

No, not at all. That’s the beauty of it. Just go to and sign up. You have to choose a template. Some are free and some cost money. Once you choose a template, you can start. You’ll have to figure out the dashboard, though. It takes a while to get the hang of it. But you can google almost any question you have, because millions of people use wordpress. Hope you have fun.
